Watch The Fat Panel help you keep your resolutions

Two members of The Fat Panel participated in an evening probing the psychology behind keeping resolutions at the Science Museum's Dana Centre.

The event was facilitated by one of the UK's leading psychologists, Professor Richard Wiseman, University of Hertfordshire, who revealed results from his brand new research on the psychology of resolutions.

Dr Sarah Berry and Sian Porter joined Professor Wiseman, alongside experts in smoking cessation and fitness. Award-winning comedian Neil Mullarkey topped the evening off performing as uber-guru 'L.Vaughan Spencer'.

The free event took place at the Dana Centre - the Science Museum's venue for discussing contemporary science, medicine, technology and the environment.
